From Interstate 75
Take Middletown Exit (exit 32). Stay on 122 for about 5 miles. Turn Left onto Central Avenue. Central Pastry shop is located in the fourth block on the left, next door to the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce.

From the North on State Route 4 or 73
Turn left onto Central Avenue.  Central Pastry Shop is located on the right next door to the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce.

From the South on State Route 4 or 73
Turn right onto Central Avenue. Central Pastry Shop is located on the right next door to the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce.
